Our technical leather

The manufacture of technical articles from industrial leather qualities is not only symbolic of the founding of our company in 1919, but is still an integral part of our delivery and production programme today.

This department produces a wide range of products for drive and conveyor technology as well as sealing technology. On the one hand, these are classic items such as flat and round leather belts or rotational transfer sleeves for spindle presses (friction sleeves). On the other hand, we also produce coating materials for flat and timing belts as well as conveyor belts for wear protection or as friction surfaces for state-of-the-art applications (mostly in metal processing).

We also offer (small) series and customised products:

  • leather punched articles and blanks according to drawings and dimensions

  • cup or groove seals, valve flap leather

  • clapper leather

  • leather sleeves

  • clutch packs in metal processing

  • chrome leather buckle straps

  • dog leads, collars, bracelets and other cut-to-size strips – all in rolls or by the metre

We also stock leather qualities in croupon sizes, halves or as necks in the following qualities:

  • cowhide leather type EG from 2 to 6.5 mm thickness

  • cowhide leather type EG/NG from 3 to 8 mm thickness

  • chrome buffalo hide and chrome leather splits in various thicknesses

  • chrome leather natural or coloured (black, red, brown), melior

  • pale and sole leather

Our range is rounded off by our stock of modern nonwovens for moulded and punched (die-cut) parts. You can also obtain these from us as rolls or sheets.
