Our timing and profile belts

Flat belts and conveyor belts are certainly not a suitable solution for every industrial application in the drive and transport sector. We therefore also offer you a wide range of timing and profile belts. Our selection and advice is always based on your detailed process requirements and economic solution options. In this product segment, too, we only use selected branded goods of European origin.

Drive timing belts
Neoprene® and PU timing belts (with steel, Vectrancord or Kevlar tension members)

  • in all common metric and imperial pitches
  • also available as double timing belt
  • by the metre, endless manufactured belts or endless welded belts

Round belts, V-belts and poly-V-belts
Round belts made of

  • leather, polyurethane (PU), polyester elastomer (PE) and PVC

  • in all common thicknesses, colours and shore hardnesses

  • by the metre, endlessly welded, ‘seamlessly connected’ or with mechanical connectors

  • (high-performance) narrow V-belts, classic and wide V-belts, kraftbands (Poly-V belts) in all standard profiles

Coated conveyor timing belts and moulded belts
Polyurethane (PU) or Neoprene® timing/moulded belts with

  • finite or continuous – i.e. applied completely without joints – coatings in smooth or textured designs

  • coatings e.g. made from various types of rubber and PU, Sylomer, Celloflex, Porol, silicone or PVC

  • machining on the running or load-bearing side (perforating, milling, countersinking, cutting in, grinding)

  • cleats and guides fitted
