The professional installation of conveyor belts and flat belts made of different materials and with different connection methods requires the use of suitable tools and the right auxiliary materials. We are happy to support you in selecting the right equipment for this.

The use of roller coverings increases the friction factor during power transmission between the pulley disk and the belt. In this way, the slip, the required belt tension and the axle load can be reduced during operation.

Tailored to the requirements of your applications we can supply you with roller coverings with a variety of structures by the metre/cut to size, self-adhesive if required, and directly coated pulley disks on request.

The curved belt differs from conveyor belts with a straight run due to its two-dimensional belt tension. Guide systems are attached to the outer edge of the curved belt to ensure correct positioning during operation. Due to the continuous load, however, these guide systems are very susceptible to wear.

In many cases, the belt can be made fit for use again by replacing the guide system, saving time and money. We offer you professional and fast repair for your curved belts such that you benefit from a significantly longer service life.
