As a family business, we can look back on a very long company history in which we have always been aware of our responsibility towards society and the environment. During this time, we have always driven forward developments to improve working conditions, avoid waste and reduce our energy requirements.
In this way, we have developed into a modern and family-orientated employer.



With our high quality standards, we also support our customers in their endeavours to achieve greater sustainability in their supply chain. Thanks to the long service life of our products, we reduce the number of spare parts required and by using European branded goods and maintaining extensive stocks, we shorten our supply chains and optimise transport routes and frequencies. In addition, we also offer solvent-free product alternatives for almost all areas of application.

Steady growth and economic success confirm that we are on the right path. Thanks to the expertise and experience of our long-standing employees, we are very successful in training the specialists of tomorrow. To date, we have taken on all trainees as permanent employees following their final examinations. We see offering young people training, prospects and a secure job as part of our philosophy and social responsibility. This way, we maintain professional expertise, future viability and innovative strength.



As part of our corporate development, we constructed a state-of-the-art building with office and production space in 2024. This building features modern and efficient heating and ventilation technology, automated lighting, and a PV system. This created new, modern and future-oriented workplaces in a bright and productive environment. Furthermore, part of our energy requirements can be covered by our new solar power system in future.
We will continue our efforts as a responsible business partner and employer and explore all opportunities to optimise our emissions, increase our service quality, and improve and modernise our working environment.
Since 2019, we have offered our employees the opportunity to use a company bicycle. In this way, we promote low-carbon individual mobility and give our employees the opportunity to actively participate in our sustainability efforts.
In the first year, three people took advantage of the company bicycle offer. Meanwhile we have 17 company bicycle leasing contracts in place (as of February 2025).
Although we primarily produce wear parts, we extend the service life of individual components through professional and rapid repairs wherever possible and appropriate. This shortens unplanned downtime and helps our customers reduce waste.
